Impact & Research Awards for Tyndall at UCC Staff Ceremony
On Thursday 9th October 2016, UCC honoured staff members for their outstanding contributions to University life at a ceremony in the Aula Maxima. It gives us great pleasure to congratulate four Tyndall staff members on receiving awards for their impact and research. Mr Dhiman Mallick, primary supervisor Dr Saibal Roy, was awarded for his work in vibration based electromagnetic micro-power generators using MEMS/NEMS techniques. It was a marvellous occasion for all and an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding contributions of colleagues across the University. Congratulations to Dhiman!
